The Anambra State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Corps Commander Bridgette Asekhauno, has advised road users in the state to be safety-conscious while plying the roads this yuletide.
Corps Commander Asekhauno gave the advice while speaking with the ABS in Awka on the efforts of the FRSC Anambra State Command to ensure safety on the state’s roads before, during and after the Christmas celebration.
She frowned at the attitude of some motorists who ignore road signs, reminding them that such signs are put in place for their safety and that of other road users.
The Anambra FRSC boss urged motorists to avoid carelessness and always consider other road users while on the road in order to prevent avoidable crashes.
