Massive work is on going at eight point five kilometres Amesi-Akpo-Ogboji road.
When ABS visited the site, men of the construction company handling the project were seen working in various parts, while some were casting drainage, others were doing earthwork.
The Project Manager,Engineer Elias Shik- Alshabab said that they have almost completed three kilometres of earth work from the zero point which is Amaesi , removed the surface sand, filled and compacted the road and is now ready for stone base.


In their separate speeches, some residents of the area, including Onyinye Osunkwo and Ngozi Ezechukwu, thanked Governor Chukwuma Soludo for coming to their aid, as according to them, even motorcycles could not ply the road before, but now, they were happy with the attention the road is getting.

They prayed God to continue to bless the Governor for the wonderful work he is doing for Ndi Anambra, pledging their unalloyed support to his administration.
