A Ukrainian drone attack at an industrial plant in central Russia has killed three people and injured thirty others, as reported by a Russian regional governor.
Alexander Brechalov, head of the Udmurt Republic, said that the attack took place at a factory in Izhevsk city and ten of the wounded were in a serious condition.
