Construction work on the three point five kilometres Uga-Mkpologwu Amaesi road has been completed.
The road which has a spur to Amaesi -Akpo road has been marked with road signs and drainages on both sides of the road.
Commenting on the project, the Commissioner for Works, Engineer Ifeanyi Okoma said the road is very strategic and very important to Anambra State, and explained that it aimed to link the road users to the dualized Ekwulobia -Uga road currently on going.
On his part, an indigene of Mkpologwu, Mr Okechukwu Nwokolo told the ABS that the road is very strategic to the economic growth of the area and would give them access to their neighbouring communities.
