Love seed that germinated at Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, Awka, Anambra State has received divine blessing to blossom, as two staff of the establishment, former Miss Chidimma Ikeanyionwu and Mr Steven Nwainokpor were joined in matrimony at Church of God Mission International, Grace Cathedral Asaba, Delta State.

Correspondent, Joseph Egbeocha reports that speaking during the Church service, the Zonal Coordinator of the Church, Asaba Zone 2, Reverend Emmanuel Etuk, who noted that God instituted marriage, urged married partners to stick to the prescriptions of the author of marriage in order to enjoy lasting marriage experience, adding that while wise men listen to their wives, wise wives in turn allow their husbands take decisions in their families.
Congratulating the new couple, the Dein of Agbor Kingdom, Dr. Benjamin Ikenchukwu , represented by Chief Philip Okwuada, and Chief Godday Oyaire, Anambra State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Welfare, Mrs Ify Obinabo, Managing Director of ABS, Mr. Chris Molokwu and National President of RATTAWU, Prince Emeka Kalu, wished them all the blessings of marriage.


While elder brother to Chidimma, Mr. Ezinwanne, said the Ikeanyionwu family, Umunya in Oyi Local Government Area of Anambra State is happy their daughter found her missing rib, Steven’s mother, Mrs Theresa Nwainokpor, said she sees Chidimma as daughter-in-love, and not daughter-in-law, both wishing the new couple marital bliss.
Mr and Mrs Steven Nwainokpor, who spoke on qualities that attracted them to each other, thanked all who came to share in their joy.
