Governor Chukwuma Soludo joined hundreds of dignitaries, community members, to celebrate the Ofala Festival and felicitated with the revered traditional ruler of Nnewi, Igwe Kenneth Orizu, as he marked his 100th birthday.
The grand event, held at the royal palace, Nnewi was a vibrant showcase of the rich heritage of Nnewi.
Governor Soludo, attired in red Akwete Igbo regalia, praised Igwe Kenneth Orizu for his remarkable leadership and longstanding dedication to the development and unity of Nnewi people, pointing out that it is a distinct honor to celebrate the Traditional Ruler’s centenary , marked by wisdom, strength, and service to his people.
