Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has attributed the achievements of his administration to the collective contributions and prayers of Ndi Anambra.
Government House Correspondent Emmanuel Okonkwo, reports that the Governor who stated this through his Deputy, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim at the Cathedral Church of St Faith Awka during the eucharistic service for the 2025 Provincial Council of Laity Convention, commended the church for supporting his government, and assured that he will continue to make the people of the state proud.
The Archbishop Ecclesiastical Province of the Niger and Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Reverend Alexander Ibezim who presided over the service, announced total support of the Anglican faithful to the second term bid of the Governor whom he said has continued to partner the church since the inception of his administration.
Earlier in a sermon, the Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Niger West, Right Reverend Johnson Ekwe assured Christians of their protection and safety in Jesus Christ and encouraged them to uphold their faith in times of tribulations, as God will definitely save them.
