A three-day mega crusade titled; “Jesus Only Is Our Message” aimed at sanitizing, liberating and restoring the people of Ebenebe community in Awka South Local Government Area back to Christ has commenced at Saint Thomas Anglican Church,Ebenebe.
The crusade, which is the second in the series was organized by the church led by the Archdeacon, Ofemili Archdeconry of the Anglican Diocese of Awka and Vicar of the church, Venerable Goodness Amaechi and it featured series of prayers, praise and worship, testimonies.
Guest preacher at the event, Venerable Ndubisi Ahanonu, who centered his message on “If You Know Him”; taken from John 4:10, told the congregation that if they connect with God, the story of their lives will automatically change.
While facilitating the congregation who came to give testimonies recorded since first crusade held last year, Venerable Goodness Amaechi frowned at young people for going back to idol worship in the name of culture and living all manner of immoral life , stressing that heaven and hell are real,urging them to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ in order make heaven.
