Reconstruction work at Saint Stephen’s Road Inland Town Onitsha has been completed with speed bumps and signs to assist road users.
Speaking to the ABS, a one time Counselor in the area, Honourable Chuka Nnamuah said when the project was flagged off, some people never believed that the project will be completed, commending Governor Chukwuma Soludo and the construction company that handled the project for finishing it fast and fixing all the necessary road signs to prevent accidents on the road.
On his part, a talior in the area, Mr Joseph Ewinameh thanked Governor Soludo for the project, noting that the traffic jam usually experienced on the road before now has become a thing of the past.
