The National President of the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU), Prince Emeka Kalu, has visited Anambra State, his home zone, to familiarize himself with members of the union and brief them on his achievements and plans for the union’s growth.
Prince Kalu was received by RATTAWU members, alongside his entourage, with drumming and cheers at the Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS) corporate headquarters in Awka, Anambra State.

The Managing Director of ABS, Mr. Christopher Molokwu, in his remarks while welcoming the RATTAWU National President, Prince Kalu, congratulated him on his victory, describing it as a win for all, especially as he is a goal-getter who deserves greater elevation, and noted that ABS is always willing to collaborate with his leadership to move the union forward.
In his speech, Prince Emeka Kalu emphasized that it was a thing of joy to return home to fraternize with union members and explained that the current leadership is making efforts to implement its manifesto, pointing out that the welfare of members, the pursuit of global prominence through key international appointments, and efforts to establish RATTAWU Radio are among the priorities of his administration.

He also promised to continue to fraternize with members and work assiduously to achieve the union’s objectives.
