Nando United Brothers Association Draws Support For Governor Soludo Second Term

Communities in Anambra have continued to campaign for Governor Chukwuma Soludo for second term due to his antecedents and infrastructural development witnessed in the state in his first tenure in office.

Such communities include the Nando community in Anambra East Council Area in which their sons under the umbrella of Nando United Brothers Association, NUBA, sponsored and stormed various villages and squares, including Ubarunisioye/Ogbiakwu, Isinyi Nando to spread Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s good news which they want him to continue so as to continue, commence and complete any sector that has not received a facelift.

Addressing the gathering, the National President of NUBA, Chief Martins Chukwuka, stated that the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, is a moving train and the only ideology for Ndi Igbo, reason they joined to see they elect Governor Soludo whose passion, he said, is to develop all sector’s of the state communities, including bettering the lives of Ndi Anambra through health, free education and provision of basic amenities, stating that if they vote the Governor in for a second term, they will gain more dividends of democracy.

A member of NUBA, Honourable Uchenna Offorkansi, maintained that they need government presence in their community, which they can achieve through voting APGA, and asked Ndi Nando to rally round Governor Soludo and come together to achieve greater Nando they are yearning for.

On his part, a stakeholder in the community, Prince Kenneth Obalim, maintained that seeing what the Governor has laid down in the state, they vowed to support him through their vote, stating that they are all APGA.

He called on Ndi Nando not to mortgage their conscience by voting other party for they will benefit all they desired ranging from road and other developmental projects.

On his part, a fomer member of Anambra State House Of Assembly, Pharmacist Obinna Emeneka, who represented Anambra East and a native of the community, applauded Nando brothers for restoring peace and communal co-existence, stating that today, they now enjoy relative peace and progress, calling on Ndi Nando to vote Governor Soludo for he has passion and soft feelings for Ndi Nando, and has done much in terms of development in Anambra East.

The President General of Nando, Chief Christopher Nwakor, commended their brothers who thought it wise to campaign for the Governor, saying that with their support and help, they reached out to the Governor who promised to reciprocate their gesture with massive infrastural development and be like other communities in the state.
