A farmer, Mrs. Oluchi Nwabueze has called on the federal government to find a lasting solution to the perennial flood that affects farmers in some parts of Anambra State.
Speaking to the ABS in Otuocha, the headquarters of Anambra East Local Government Area, Mrs. Nwabueze who is also a trader regretted the enormous damage the yearly flooding cause farmers in the area.
She appealed to both federal and state governments to synergize and put a stop to the preventable flood disaster to ease the sufferings of the state’s farmers.
