Mongolia’s Prime Minister Luvsannamsrain Oyun-Erdene has resigned after social media photos of his son’s lavish lifestyle sparked an anti-corruption investigation and weeks of mass protests.
Oyun-Erdene, who has denied wrongdoing, lost a confidence vote in parliament yesterday.
