Knights Of Saint Michael The Archangel, Saint Patrick’s Council Awka Marks Anniversary, Admits New Members

The Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Reverend Dr. Paulinus Ezeokafor, has invested and admitted new members into the  order of Knights of Saint Michael the Archangel, Saint Patrick’s Council, #001, Awka.

The new members were admitted during a pontifical mass  for the maiden convention and first anniversary of the order held at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, Awka.

In a homily, Bishop Ezeokafor charged the new members to exemplify the person of Jesus Christ in their daily undertakings, defend their catholic faith, give succour to the poor and oppressed in order to attract more members to the order and make heaven after their sojourn on earth. 

In his address, the President, Catholic Order, Knights of Saint Michael the Archangel, Saint Patrick’s Council, #001, Awka, Sir James Ezeonu, urged the newly admitted brothers and sisters to live a new life that people will testify to the glory of God, and appreciated the efforts of Governor Chukwuma Soludo towards making Anambra State a destination, saying that his free education, free health care services, free child delivery, wonderful networks of roads are enough testimonies to consider allowing him for a second term to enable him achieve his set goals.
