Culture Minister Musawa Applauds Accelerated Growth Of Anambra Entertainment, Creative Industry

The Minister of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy, Honourable Hannatu  Musawa, has expressed delight over the rapid growth of entertainment and creative industry in Anambra State, describing it as a reflection of Nigeria’s expanding creative potential.

During her visit to Solution Fun City, Awka, the minister said that she was impressed with the creativity, innovation, and economic prospects the initiative represents, and noted that the facility captures the essence of art, culture, tourism, and social inclusion, as well as stands as a model for other states to emulate.

She commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his vision in creating an environment that fosters economic growth and job opportunities through culture and entertainment, and emphasized the federal government’s readiness to support such initiatives across states to strengthen the creative economy and drive national development. 

In his remarks, the Anambra State Commissioner for Culture, Entertainment and Tourism, Mr. Don Onyenji, who welcomed the minister, described the visit as a significant boost to the state’s creative industry, and highlighted the positive impact the sector has recorded under Governor Soludo’s administration and reaffirmed the state’s commitment to partnering with the federal government for greater achievements in art, culture, and entertainment.
