The Mayor of Awka South local government area Prince Chinedu Okafor says the efforts of Governor Chukwuma Soludo towards the transformation of Awka into livable, green and prosperous Capital city needs to be commended and rewarded.
Speaking in an interview with the ABS in Awka, Prince Okafor affirmed that the new Government House and Lodge, the Solution Fun City put in place in Awka among other infrastructural developments by Governor Soludo has improved the landscape of Awka and called on Ndi Anambra to continue with their support and prayers to his administration.
He urged the people of Anambra State to always make environmental sanitation a daily routine and cautioned the citizenry against dumping refuse in unauthorized places, reminding them of the need to protect government’s facilities against vandalism.
