As part of efforts geared towards the realisation of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s second-term bid in the November eight governorship poll, the Deputy Speaker of Anambra State House Assembly, Chief Chukwuma Okoye has received Obizi Women Squad, a grassroot mobilization group.
Addressing the group at his residence in Amawbia, Right Honourable Okoye explained that the event was a movement for a robust and engaging interaction centred on shared goals geared towards mobilizing and delivering Governor Soludo in the November election.
The lawmaker reiterated that women remain the backbone of development in communities who are unwavering in their commitment to a better society and expressed confidence that the light of progress shining through Soludo’s administration will be sustained for a brighter state.
The Woman Leader of Obizi, Dr. Ngozi Ekwunife thanked the Deputy Speaker for his support to the good works of Governor Soludo and assured that they will continue promoting his administration.
