Staff of Anambra Broadcasting Service with their counterparts at the State Ministry of Finance Awka, trooped out enmasse recently to bid farewell to their fallen Colleague, late Miss Ogochukwu Carol Okeke.

The deceased was buried in her father’s compound, Umuezeana, Nkwelle Ogidi in Idemili North Council Area, while in his sermon during the funeral service, the Pastor of Omega Fire Ministry Ogidi, Pastor Peter Adamu who took his theme from Hebrew nine verse twenty-seven, reminded people about the mystery of life, and stressed the need for one to live a Godly life.

In an interview, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Anambra Broadcasting Service, Mr Chris Molokwu represented by the Director of programmes of the Station, Mrs Nneka Ekwunife and her counterpart in Administration, Mrs Chinwe Emma-Madu, described the late Okeke as a dedicated and cheerful staff who related well with her colleagues and encouraged the family to take solace in God.

In their separate tributes, the deceased relatives Mr Kaosisochukwu Okeke, Chief Ezenwanne Osefo, Mrs Chikodili, Oluchukwu, Ada Okeke and Mrs Ekene Aniemeka recounted the good memories of their late sister, and described her as a caring, loving, cheerful and a wise counselor whose good deeds were felt by all around her.
