Second Term: Awka Indigenes In Diaspora Pledge Support For Soludo

The President General of Awka Indigenes in the Diaspora Union Worldwide, Chief Godwin Moneke, says Governor Chukwuma Soludo has brought significant infrastructural development to Awka, the capital of Anambra State.

Speaking in an interview with ABS during the inauguration of Governor Soludo and his deputy, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka for another four-year tenure, Chief Moneke expressed satisfaction with the outstanding performance of Professor Soludo across different parts of the state, especially in Awka, where the government embarked on massive infrastructural development, adding that the ultra-modern Government House and Lodge have made Awka the cynosure of all eyes.

Chief Moneke maintained that the second tenure of Governor Soludo holds great prospects for Ndi Anambra and called for increased support for the Public-Private-Community Partnership model of the government to enhance the development of the state.

According to him, the people of Awka in the diaspora will always support the programmes and policies of the Soludo administration at all times.
