The Nnobi Community Library attracted by former House of Representatives member, Honorable Charles Odedo as a constituency project and commissioned in 2012 but went into disuse over the years, and in effort to bring back the library to its glorious years, the Nnobi community with the support of Lady Victoria Obianyo Foundation has refurbished the library to bring it back to use.
In an address, the President General of Nnobi Community, Mr. Dominic Okpala said the library over the years has been dormant and his leadership together with partners were motivated to bring back the library for public use supported by Lady Victoria Obianyo Foundation, pleading with the state government to adopt the library and staff for maximum use by Nnobi and neighboring communities.

In a remark, the Commissioner for Information, Dr. Law Mefor commended Nnobi community leadership and the foundation for their noble initiatives of seeing the library up and running again, emphasizing that education and hard work are the surest way to enduring success of the youths, promising to look into their demands, while highlighting Governor Soludo’s achievements for Nnobi and the entire state.

In her speech, Barrister Chinaza Obianyo of Lady Victoria Obianyo Foundation said supporting the refurbishment of the library was giving back to society to ensure growth and development, especially as it concerns women and children, urging government to also help and see to the full usage of the library.
