FG Collaborates With Anambra State Govt To Develop Creative, Tourism Sectors

The Federal Government says it is working closely with Anambra State Government to grow Nigeria’s creative and tourism industries in line with President Bola Tinubu’s vision for economic expansion and job creation.

Minister of Art, Culture, and Creative Economy, Mrs Hannatu Musa Musawa, who visited Anambra, said the state is a key partner in advancing the creative sector, having produced some of Nigeria’s most outstanding talents.

She commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his innovative leadership and commitment to domestic tourism through projects like the Solution Fun City. 

Receiving the Minister, the Commissioner for Culture, Entertainment, and Tourism, Mr. Don Onyenji, who thanked the Federal Government for prioritizing the creative industry, adding that Anambra is advancing several tourism projects, including the Solution Fun City, Agulu Lake, Ogbunike Cave, Orizu Land Lake and Waterfalls, Cave Anam Beach, and a proposed City Park, all designed to promote rural and cultural tourism, while Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr. Ernest Ezeajughi, also welcomed the Minister to “The Lighthouse”, noting that the creative sector is one of the five major pillars of the Soludo administration.
