Washington’s special envoy Adam Boehler made a rare visit on Saturday to Kabul, where he said the United States would move forward with a prisoner exchange, according to the Taliban government.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, Abdul Ghani Baradar’s office after their meeting, Boehler, referring to the issue of detained citizens between Afghanistan and the United States, said that both countries will exchange prisoners.
