Nsugbe Council Of Elders Affirms Suspension Of Simeon Ogude

The Nsugbe Council of Elders also known as Ndi Eze Nsugbe has unanimously accepted the suspension of Mr Simeon  Ogude, as was written to them by members of Nsugbe Security Management and Finance Committee, that Mr Ogude should seize to be and parade himself as a member of Nsugbe Security Management and Finance Committee.

Making their stand known during their meeting held yesterday at the home of the eldest man in Nsugbe, the spoke persons of the council, chiefs Iveanyi Tagbo and Iveacho Akudo on behalf of the council said that they have been having series of issues with Mr Ogude before now which they decided to deliberate on, including the issue he is having with the Nsugbe Security  Management and Finance Committee after Otite Nsugbe coming up between 26th and 29th September, 2025, when they will invite him for questioning and take decisions on the way forward.

Meanwhile, the Nsugbe Security Management and Finance Committee wrote to Nsugbe council of elders, informing them of a voice note belonging to Mr Ogude, where he said that he will disrupt the activities of the Agunechemba Nsugbe unit if they fail to adhere to his decision on how to run the security outfit, and after his acceptance of the said voice note, they decided to suspend him.

The letter signed by the chairman of Nsugbe Security Management and Finance Committee, Reverend father Emmanuel Anyansi and his secretary, Mr Nnamdi Okeke, also directed Mr Ogude to hand every security gadget belonging to the committee which he was a member, until when he come to terms with the gravity of his offence and repent of same.
