The Chairman of Anaocha Local Government Area, Comrade Rome Ibekwe says that developmental projects being carried out by Governor Chukwuma Soludo has positioned the state to claim its status as light of the nation.
Comrade Ibekwe stated this during a stakeholders meeting of Ndi Anaocha geared towards moving Anaocha forward and reciprocating Governor Soludo’s good gestures towards the local government by ensuring his re-election on November eight Anambra governorship election.
The Anaocha Mayor said that the Local Government is becoming one of the major economies in the state, following many projects being done by the state government in the area.
Other speakers at the event including Barrister Anaeto, Dr Obidike, Prince Chukwudi Olih and the Chairman of All Progressive Grand Alliance in the council area, Sir Anthony Ugorji, told Ndi Anaocha that they owe the Governor the duty to get him re-elected.
