Hundreds of entrepreneurs, innovators and young professionals gathered at the Archbishop C. J. Patterson Auditorium, All Saints Cathedral, Onitsha for the fourth edition of Onitsha Business Hangout; a high-energy forum aimed at breaking financial barriers, connecting business dreams and driving sustainable economic growth.
With the theme, “Thriving for Tomorrow: Sustainable Business Strategies”, the event offered participants actionable insights on building resilient enterprises, leveraging technology and fostering innovation in an increasingly competitive and uncertain global economy.
In his opening remark, the Convener of the Onitsha Business Hangout, Mr. Ifeanyi Ogbaji, said the goal is to build a vibrant platform for knowledge sharing that will position Onitsha as a hub for sustainable innovation and leadership.
Delivering keynote address at the event, the Traditional Ruler of Omor, Igwe Chris-Chidume Oranu, who spoke on the central role of leadership in sustainable enterprise development, emphasized that visionary leaders must embody accountability, humility and emotional intelligence in order to create lasting institutions in today’s business world.
