Anambra State Government, through the Office of the Head of Service, is collaborating with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management to train and certify Administrative Officers as Chartered Human Resource Managers.
At the maiden training workshop held at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, the numerous benefits of the program were reeled out to the civil servants present.
Addressing the participants, the Anambra State Head of Service, Barrister Theodora Igwegbe, urged the workers to use the opportunity to climb to the zenith of their career by leveraging on the collaboration between the Anambra State Government and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
Represented by the Director of Training in her office, Mrs. Chinyere Ojukwu, the Head of Service urged the staff to diligently pursue the certification as Chartered Personnel Managers as progressing beyond certain levels in their careers would be determined by the qualification.
