A political support group, Solution Marshal has held a tactical meeting with the leadership of the All Progressive Ground Alliance, APGA, where they vowed to protect all the results of the forthcoming Anambra governorship election.
Addressing the gathering during the meeting held at Professor Dora Akunyili Women’s Development Centre in Awka,the Deputy Governor, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim who spoke through his Senior Special Assistant on Boundary Adjustment, Mr. Kenechukwu Okoye and Barrister Obi-Okoye said that the group is determined to protect the votes of the electorate in November eight Anambra governorship election by stopping desperate politicians who are bent on rigging the election.
Welcoming the members to the event, the state marshal general of the group, Barrister Titus Akpudo said the group’s responsibility is to ensure that the electorate participate actively during the polls starting from voter registration till the result is announced.
On his part, the traditional ruler of Omor community in Ayamelum Local Government Area, Igwe Chris Chidume said Governor Soludo is the best candidate for the job in all ramifications and charged them to queue behind the Governor and support him so that he will continue his lofty vision and mission for the state.
