The Founder and Chief Executive of the Worldwide Organization for Women Africa Mrs. Carol Ugochukwu has called for collective action to eliminate gender based discriminations during a Conference in Awka tagged ” Conversion Zero-Zero-Four Awka 2025 ” with the theme ‘Beyond Boundaries: Women, Effective Visions, and Capacities for Global Change,” which attracted many dignitaries including the Managing Directo and Chief Executive Officer of the ABS Mr. Chris Molokwu.

Mrs. Ugochukwu said that the conference was aimed at cross fertilization of ideas towards dismantling sociocultural and political barriers that undermine the potential of women. UPkk
In their separate speeches, the President of the Organization, Mrs. Nicoleen Peck, the Executive Director, Barrister Amaka Akudinobi represented by Ifeoma Okoye and Southeast Coordinator of the Organization, Mrs. Ethel Eruchalu said that the organization aims to encourage women to discover themselves and contribute towards positive change in the society.

The Managing Director of the ABS, Mr. Molokwu noted that women are gifted with rare qualities and are indispensable in the growth and stability of the society.
