The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially published the personal particulars particulars of all candidates vying for the 2025 Anambra State governorship election.
According to statement released by the National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee, Sam Olumekun, a total of sixteen political parties met the deadline of 6:00pm on Monday,12th May 2025 to upload their candidates nomination forms on the commission’s portal.
He said in line with section twenty one subsection three of the Electoral Act 2022, INEC has displayed copies of the form EC9, including academic credentials and other submitted documents at its State Headquarters and in all twenty one local government offices across Anambra State
