The Director General of Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, Dr Jide Idris said the country has recorded eight hundred and thirty-two confirmed cases of Lassa fever and Monkey-pox.
Dr Idris who stated this at the national health security press briefing in Abuja, noted that the country also recorded one hundred and thirty-five deaths from the diseases so far in 2025.
