FRSC Cautions Against Over Speeding To Reduce Road Crashes

The Anambra State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Corps Commander Joyce Alexander has cautioned drivers against over-speeding and other practices that can lead to preventable road crashes.

The Anambra FRSC boss gave the warning at NUJ Secretariat in Awka during a one-day training session organized by the FRSC for journalists in the state.

Represented by the Sector Training Officer, Deputy Corps Commander Caroline Olise, and Chief Route Commander, Reginard Irechukwu, Corps Commander Alexander, while attributing majority of accidents on the roads to human and mechanical factors, advised drivers to always drive with caution and maintain their vehicles at all times, even as they cautioned other road users to be careful while on the road.
