Ofu-Obi Age Grade Amanuke Launches Igba-Enyi Cultural Dance

Ofu-Obi Age Grade Eziama Aka Ama N’ese Amanuke in Awka North Local Government has launched its Igba-Enyi cultural dance at Central School field in the community where the Chairman of the age grade, Chief Chukwuemeka Umeadi said that the event also announced to the public the formation of the age grade.

A member of the age grade and Chairman of Anambra State Council of Nigeria Union of Journalists, Dr. Emeka Odogwu, and other members such as Ikechukwu Oforah and Ikechukwu Onyekaomelu said the age grade has earmarked to undertake numerous projects in the community.

The patron of the age grade, Chief Augustine Nwoye, the father of the day, Chief Ebenezer Enemuo and Ikeme Ezenwa explained that the Age grade system is a long-standing tradition in Igbo culture that promotes unity.
