The Umunta Royal Family of Enugwu-Otu Aguleri has celebrated it’s 2024 Cultural Carnival; with members of the family from far and near turning out in numbers to celebrate the day.

Secretary, Planning Committee of the event, Mr. Nnamdi Okagbue, explained that the event started in 2016 as a way of showcasing the cultural heritage of the community and highlighting its value system as an ancient Royal Dynasty.
Contributing, Chief Obinna Okagbue, Chief Ikechukwu Anyawumelu, and Sir Amaechi Nmakasi, said that the celebration brings all Umunta indigenes together to familiarize with each other and end the year in a special way.

The carnival featured masquerade display, band music performances and dance by the women group.
