Sixty Support Groups, comprising one hundred and twenty thousand members under the auspices of All Soludo Support Groups, are rallying support for Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s re-election.
The groups converged on the International Convention Centre, Awka, where they presented thirty million naira to the Governor as support.
Speaking at the event, Governor Soludo announced that there is a consensus by leaders of communities, APGA Stakeholders, the youth, people from the streets, among others for him to come back and run for a second term, stating that it is obvious because of the visible developments under his watch.
Speaking on behalf of the support groups, Mr. Chinedu Nwoye, Dr. Nelson Omenugha, Mrs. Amaka Obi, Mr. Julius Chukwuemeka, Barrister Titus Akpudo and Dr. Vera Nwadinobi expressed readiness to work with him all the way, stating that the support is organic for the good of ndị Anambra.
