Major flooding hit several neighborhoods in Democratic Republic of Congo capital Kinshasa, killing at least nineteen people and causing severe damage, according to authorities.
The heavy rains triggered floods and landslides in Kinshasa’s western neighborhood of Ngaliema and damaged a bridge and police camp.
