Anambra State Government has called for all hands to be on deck in the efforts to change the mindsets of the youths with regards to get rich quick syndrome bedeviling the youths of today.
Addressing Stakeholders in Awka, during a courtesy visit to the Traditional Ruler of the town Obi Gibson Nwosu, the State Commissioner for Information, Dr Law Mefor said that Anambra is known for intelligence, hard work, doggedness and fear of God, adding that a typical Anambra man can put on one shirt and trousers for a year while struggling to make it.


In his speech, Obi Nwosu who expressed happiness for the visit thanked Governor Chukwuma Soludo for all he is doing for Ndi Anambra, praying God to bless him and his cabinet.

In their separate speeches, the Chairman Agulu Awka Area of Awka, Chief Ken Ekwenugo and an Ozo Awka member, Chief Mike Onwuaso , appreciated Governor Soludo for making all roads in Agulu Awka accessible unlike what it used to be, even as they advised him to look into the activities of Agunechemba so that they do not sabotage the vision of their establishment.
