The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede has urged soldiers to continue working in synergy with the state and federal government for sustainable development of the country.
The Chief of Army Staff who was represented by Major General Adewale Adekeye at a special Sallah Lunch held at Onitsha Military Cantonment to recognize the courage, resilience and tireless efforts of Nigerian Soldiers in promoting national Peace and Unity, acknowledged the sacrifices of soldiers and commended President Bola Tinubu for his commitment in advancing national Security and strengthening Military operations across Nigeria.
In his address,the General Officer Commanding 82 Division and Commander of Operation Udoka , Major General Thomas Olatoye commended the military officers of the 82 Division and the Joint Task Force Southeast for their adaptability, precision and effectiveness in critical situations.
