2025 Children’s Day: Soludo Reassures Anambra Children Of Brighter Prospects

The Solution Fun City, Awka buzzed with numerous activities during this year’s celebration of Children’s Day.

Speaking at the event, Governor Soludo reassured Anambra children of his commitment to giving them a bright future and emphasized that children remain the bridge to the future, enunciated by his administration’s free primary and secondary education in the state, adding that the Solution Fun city is just demo fun place to introduce the bigger ones that will come in future.

In her speech, the Commissioner for Education, Professor Ngọzi Chuma-Udeh eulogized the Governor for doing a lot, in the area of securing the future of Anambra children, while the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Welfare, Mrs. Ify Obinabo called for concerted efforts to ensure that children grow in an environment where they are appreciated.

Earlier, the Speaker of the Children’s Parliament, Right Honourable Victory Ekwunife, enumerated the strides and legacies of the Governor in all sectors of the state economy, noting that that the recent passage of the Anambra State Correctional Services Bill by the State House of Assembly provides a robust legal framework to support the humane and effective management of offenders, including juveniles.
