A gunman has shot dead at least ten people, including two children, in Southern Montenegro; following a verbal argument between guests inside a restaurant in the Cetinje area.
Though it was confirmed that the attacker later killed himself, the government declared three days of national mourning from today, Thursday, with Prime Minister, Milojko Spajic, describing the shooting as a “terrible tragedy”.
