Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has presented a five hundred and eighty-four-billion-naira budget proposal for the 2025 fiscal year to the State House of Assembly, emphasizing recovery and continuity in rebuilding critical infrastructure.
Tagged “Budget of Recovery and Continuity”, Governor Zulum said the proposal comprises three hundred and twenty-three point four seven billion naira for capital expenditure and two hundred and four point seven one billion naira for recurrent expenditure.
