The Republican candidate for US president, Mr Donald Trump has claimed he could rapidly make a deal to end the Ukraine war.
Former President Trump said he will meet Volodymyr Zelenskyy after criticising the Ukrainian president on the campaign trail and expressing doubts about Ukraine’s ability to beat Russia.
Mr Trump, the Republican candidate in the November 5 United States presidential election, said he would meet Zelenskyy in New York.
