Sechuwariis Development Foundation has offered a free-four day comprehensive medical and surgical outreach to about one thousand persons living with various ailments at Diocesan Hospital, Amichi in honour of late Dr. Hosanna Madumere.
Speaking to journalists during the medical outreach preformed by a team of medical professionals, the Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Foundation, Dr Samson Obichi explained that the free medicle-care that has lasted for long was designed to render quality medical services to the people of Amichi and their neighbouring communities, on general eye clinic, diabetes, hypertension, and all kinds of emergency and surgical problems.

In his remarks, the Member representing Nnewi South One Constituency in Anambra State House of Assembly, Honourable Nonso Atuchukwu who represented Governor Chukwuma Soludo at the event, commended the foundation for touching the lives of the nerdy and keeping the Amichi Diocesan Hospital up and doing, saying that it aligns with what the government is doing to improve healthcare in the state.

On his part, the Anglican Bishop of Amichi Diocese, Right Reverend Ephraim Ikeakor represented by Venerable Chika Mbeyi disclosed that the foundation has helped the diocese to promote healthcare system by equipping the diocesan hospital with state of the art facilities needed for quality healthcare delivery, while some of the beneficiaries, including Mr Vincent Nwankwo and Mrs Eunice Okafor praised the foundation for giving them access to free quality healthcare.
