Nebolise Family Of Akitinyi Village Urum Bid Farewell To Parents

It was a moment of both mourning and celebration of lives well lived for the Nebolise family of Iruokpala Kindred, Akitinyi Village, Urum, in Awka North Local Government Area, as they laid to rest their parents, Late Chief Augustine Nebolise and Late Ezinne Nwaobialinamma  Nebolise, who passed away in February and December 2024, at the ages of ninety-seven and eighty-seven respectively.

Correspondent Emmanuel Okonkwo reports that in a sermon during the burial service held at the Nebolise compound, the Clerical Synod Secretary of the Anglican Diocese of Awka, Venerable Clement Mgbemena, reminded Christians that life on earth is temporary, emphasizing the importance of living in constant readiness to meet the Creator, as death, being inevitable, can come at any moment.

One of the sons of the deceased, Mr. Christian Nebolise, and the first daughter of the family, Mrs Obioma Chukwuma expressed gratitude to God for the lives of their late parents who they described as exemplary individuals that lived lives of sacrifice and dedication.

In their various interviews, the President General of Urum Anike Community, Sir Felix Oranye, and the Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA Awka North LGA, Mr. James Onwuka, urged the Nebolise family to find comfort in the fact that their parents lived fulfilled lives.
