In her keynote address, Professor Cecilia Amaoge-Eme of Department of Linguistics, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UNIZIK Awka, harped on the importance of impacting on the younger generation starting with speaking Igbo language, inculcating values and morals thereby ensuring that Igbo language does not go extinct.
One of the award recipients, Chief Azubuike Ekweozor, recognized as the Philanthropist of the year represented by a staff of Anambra Broadcasting Service Mr. Casmir Obiogblu noted that Chief Ekweozor has constantly impact on the lives of the people especially the vulnerable, widows and youths.
